I made candy today. To some this is nothing special. To me it is significant! I made hard candy all by my lonesome. Hell to the Yes! It was actually pretty easy. The only scary thing about it was watching the sugar boil.
After I poured it into the pan to let it take shape I went to pick it up and move it. guess what? Metal s conductive. Therefore it was near 350 degrees just like the candy. Yeah. You can say ouch.
